Rutland Birds in Spring

Dawn Chorus(with breakfast)

Digital Photography Workshops

Sat 24th April, or Sunday 25th April. Following on from the successful photography workshops held at the Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre during 2009, award winning and professional press photographer, Glen Tillyard is again running courses at the nature reserve during 2010.
Glen has over 30 years experience and wealth in almost every type of photography plus an easy going but enthusiastic teaching method to make these course informative, easy to understand and fun.

Autumn Waders

Friday 6th August -(Egleton/Lyndon) Venue to be confirmed 10am-12noon, £5 By August many waders have left their northerly breeding grounds and are heading south. During peak periods it is possible to see up to 20 species in a single day at Rutland Water. On this two-hour guided walk we'll point out the various different species that are feeding up before continuing their journey.
