Conservation work
Throughout spring leading up to the breeding season work parties carry out habitat management on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday. This work is essential to the maintenance and enhancement of the Reserve, however some of this work may result in minor disturbances and we are mindful not to cause too much disruption in too many places simultaneously!
There may be occasions when the planned work programme will change at short notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
This week from 27th March
During this week work will be undertaken on the Tern rafts and islands on Lagoons 2,3 and 4 in preparation for breeding waders and terns. This may cause some disturbance for which we apologise.
